Registration and Counseling

Step 1: Once you register as a student at NEXAGlobal, you will be assigned an expert guidance counselor who’ll act as a personal consultant at every step of the way!

Shortlisting

Step 2: After thorough counseling sessions, the consultant will help you shortlist various countries, universities and courses based on your interests, preferences, and academic records.

Documents Preparation for Application

Step 3: The counselor will then help you prepare the necessary documents that are required to apply in different countries and universities according to their respective guidelines.

Application Submission

Step 4: Once the documents are prepared and properly arranged, they will be submitted within 48 hours of review and approval by the guidance counselor.

Application Assessment

Step 5: The universities that you have applied to will then assess and analyze your application within 8 weeks of submission based on your academic record & essays.

Offer of Admission

Step 6: If your application is accepted by any university, they will send you a letter of acceptance which will then be reviewed by the counselor so that you can be guided accurately for the next stage.

Offer of Acceptance

Step 7: Once you decide on joining a university, the counselor will help you sign and submit the letter of acceptance wherein you’ll be required to pay the tuition fee partially.

Students Visa Application

Step 8: Your designated educational counselor will then help you prepare the necessary documents for visa application, handle all paperwork for the visa process, and liaise with authorities for smooth functioning!

Pre-Departure and Departure

Step 9: The counselor will then give you an informative seminar based on the country you’re going to and the university you’ll be attending. They will also help you with the visa application process, arranging tickets & accommodation and much more.
